Concerns or complaints regarding quality patient testing or laboratory employee safety in COLA- accredited facilities can be filed anonymously by:

COLA investigates all complaints made against COLA-accredited laboratories. Although COLA policy to inform a laboratory when a complaint has been made, we will not disclose the complainant’s name to the laboratory.
